Essential Plan 

Start with our basic plan, which offers priority service during business hours Monday through Friday. Our Client Care clients have same day or next day service guaranteed. On those times you need help when the regular service line is not open—or you’re just not a fan of the phone—you also receive 24/7/365 email and text support. 

Bypass our service line and fix issues yourself with personalized mobile app control. Not only can you reboot the system to solve standard problems, but you’ll be able to set your network preferences through the app as well. Employ parental controls to filter certain network content or limit access to your Wi-Fi network. 

For optimal functionality, your smart home needs ongoing upkeep throughout the year. Maintenance check-ups once a year include equipment cleaning and calibration. You also receive software and firmware updates as soon as they’re available. Enhanced Plan

Especially crucial within the Enhanced Plan is the proactive 24/7/3265 support from expert technicians. Since techs monitor and troubleshoot remotely, you reduce the number of service calls and often won't even notice any downtime before the issue is resolved. 

Any time on-call service is required from one of our techs, take advantage of discounted labor costs. Needed repairs are done at a 20% discounted labor rate.
